About this 'bird'

These things defy logic and the good word of the Bible. Ruffs are migratory shorebirds that are widespread across northern Eurasia including parts of Russia and much of northern Siberia. They migrate south in the non-breeding season towards Africa into bits of southern europe and reach as far down as the country of South Africa, sometimes in one trip. Are we sure these arent bird terminators? They even travel to the shores of southeast Asia and recently have started to frequent the shores of Alaska and Washington. Sightings have been seen in Canada, the Great Lakes region and bizzarely, Florida. Knowing Florida though, this should not be surprising.

They forage to eat crustaceans, insects (especially flies), worms and small fish among other foodstuffs. They sound pretty similar when eating. Here's the audio of that.

Biology

PREPARE yourselves, because even these birds are crazy to the so-called ornithologists. This is going to be long. I went through the hassle of separating these darned birds' biology because they just had to be extra.

Male Ruffs

In defiance of every law and scripture in the holy bible, quran and torah, there are THREE male Ruff sexes: Faeder male, Satelite male, and the Independent/Territorial male.

Independent/Territorial males make up 80-95% of the overall male population of ruffs. They are striking birds. They are the largest of the males, with dark streaking feathers in a turkey-like pattern. Their necks have a collar of feathers that stick out like an eyesore. Their head and neck feathers (the ruff) can be in a vairety of colors ranging from black, to rust or even a combination. Its like watching your teenage son want to dye his hair a different color every week to look "like a chad."

Satelite males are similar, though they have white or mottled ruff feathers. They're ever so slightly smaller. They make up around 5-20% of all males. Due to how widespread these birds are, population estimates vary wildly.
And then there are the elusive Faeder males. If a drag queen was a bird, this would be them. They make up 1% or less of the males. They look identical to female ruffs. Plain faced, mottled, streaked light and dark browns. Small. Demure. Modest. Like my wife before she left me. They have the most bizarre, immoral way of courting!!

Mating

Ruffs participate in "lek" mating, which is basically a large pageant contest where male animals gather around and show off to attract watching females. Dominant males tend to stick to the same lek every year as permanent residents. Satelitte males intrude on these leks as non-residents to try and court females. The Faeder males on the other hand... engage in HOMOSEXUAL relations to ATTRACT females.

Here's how it plays out. The Faeder male approaches a satelite or dominant male when a fmeale bird is about to get it on with her chosen spouse, only for the fader to butt in at the last second and steal her man.
The cock-blocked female then watches on as another chick starts to mount the other male. But this is no chick. Thats a dude. The birds then willingly engage in HOMOSEXUAL BEHAVIOR and this ATTRACTS the attention of other females who come over to witness two male birds copulating.
Whats more? GAY BIRD SEX makes the females MORE interested in BOTH birds. Once the mating is over, the Faeder male and his... partner... mate with the females.

These birds are so spread out across the globe that it can't be a coincidence that wokeness spread into America the more they 'graced' us with their gay presence. I just know thats why theyre not endangered. But I don't think these birds are real. They have got to be made in a lab somewhere, bioengineered to strut about all flashy-fruity-like. Faeder males mock the bible. All the people and animals on this Earth were made by God, but this was not one of them. No no...
